Dear all,
First of all thank you to those of you, who have settled your accounts in due time. That has been most helpful ! For those of you who have not, I have to urge you to do this soonest possible as I will need to focus on the programmes more intensified these days than on the financial issues.
I have been asked about attire for the various activities in the coming REUNION2006. And we in the Organising Committee have decided that casual attire will be fine for all events. A jacket for some of the evening meals might be suitable – however the gents in the Organising Committee have unanimously voted the tie out.
And now some information on the weather here in Scandinavia. At present it is fantastic. Sunny, dry and app. 23 – 30oC. However, we are in Scandinavia and the weather here is not as predictable as in the more southern countries. I have requested that you supply me with your travel itineraries to and from Scandinavia if you have not yet forwarded this to me – please do so. It will be very informative for the hotels through out the Tour. And if you bring a cell phone along please send me the number together with the international country code and I will make a list for each and everyone of you enabling you to get in touch with each other more easily.
Nathalie Blicher Danielsen will meet you all at the hotel in Stockholm and follow you on your tour of the Swedish capital. I will join you when you come down to Copenhagen, where we both will be with you during your stay in Denmark and when the group continues to Norway, Nathalie will leave us in Copenhagen and I will follow you to Tromsö and on the cruise down to Bergen.
