We are now planning everything in more detail these days. And for this planning I will kindly ask you all to forward:

• your flight itiniaries to / from Scandinavia to me at ab@nzconsulate.dk.
• the number to the mobile phone you plan to bring along.
• any information, you feel we need to know about your personal needs to make sure you have the best stay with us. This could be food you do not eat, anything you are allergic to, you have difficulty in walking or any special requests you might have.
  
  

During the next couple of weeks I will finalize the individual last payment to be made by you, so I will forward the final invoice during the month of June.
